  • The Lab Oven GMP is a high-quality laboratory oven designed to meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. It offers precise temperature control and uniform heating, ensuring consistent and reliable results for pharmaceutical and biotech applications.

CONSTRUCTION

  • Triple walled construction, Completely made of Stainless Steel Inner made of 316 Q & Outer made of 304 Q.
  • Gap between the walls is filled with special grade glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat loss and thereby saving energy.
  • The door is fully insulated with S.S lock, hinges.
  • Air Ventilation are placed at left & right side for hot gases / fumes.
  • Supplied with Stainless Steel wire mesh shelves.
  • Forced Air Circulating System with Fan for Temperature Uniformity.
  • Safety Thermostat.

HEATING ELEMENT

  • Heating element of GMP model are placed at the right & left side of the inner chamber and is made of special grade chrome plated Nichrome wire (ISI Approved) for uniform temperature.
